Brian and kah mun's 21st birthday celebration in advance

First of all, this is my first blog and what I will blog is the "double kill" birthday celebration in advance for my college friends named Brian and Kah Mun. The reason for celebrating it in advance is because Brian will be studying abroad soon and too Kah Mun's boyfriend. In order to have a sweet memory before their leaving, this surprise birthday party was held at Spaghetti Grill , Mid Valley Megamall. 

This is the view of Spaghetti Grill from the inside. The environment here is quite okay, it's a lil similar to Italiannies' environment. It's located at the same row of "Delicious". Well, the price for the food is quite reasonable as they provide set lunch and dinner set which cost RM 9.95++ and RM 16.95++ respectively. The set lunch consist of a main course (pizza, pasta, salad, fry or sandwich) and a drink - bottomless soft drink  (RM 2.00 will be charged additionally for "juice selection") and the dinner set consist of a main course (pizza, pasta, salad, fry or sandwich), a drink, soup of the day and a dessert. Personally, I have yet to try out dinner set but I have tried the set lunch which the portion of the set lunch is smaller than a la carte one.

This is the "Aglio E Olio" (set lunch) - as you can see, this pasta is served with only vegetables and garlic bread, even so, it's not a bad one to choose. RM 9.95++

Hawaiian pizza (set lunch) - this pizza's portion is not too small, it's good enough for moderate appetite customer and the base of the pizza is not too thick as pizza hut's. This pizza is served with chicken and other vegetables ingredient. RM 9.95++

Seafood pasta (set lunch) - I have forgotten the picture above is set lunch portion or a la carte portion because 2 of my friends ordered a la carte seafood pasta and set lunch seafood pasta. Just bear that in mind, set lunch = smaller portion and a la carte = bigger portion. This pasta is served squid, prawn, mussel, lala clams and garlic bread. RM 9.95++ for set lunch and RM 25.95++ for a la carte. 

Chicken panini (set lunch) - this meal is served with chicken, vegetables and fries as you all can see in the picture above. RM 9.95++

Lamb leg (a la carte) - this is served with lamb leg, mashed potato and vegetables. RM 28.95++

Wild mushroom olio (a la carte) - This is served with wild mushroom and garlic bread. I have tried the wild mushroom and what I can say is good. RM 20.95++

3D combo (a la carte) (appetizer) - Here comes our appetizer. This is served with chicken, fish and potato with 3 different sauces. The round shape with clear surface is potato-taste-like, the stick shape is fish and irregular shape is chicken. Eating it without any sauce is not recommended as the sauce is delicious. RECOMMENDED APPETIZER. RM 19.95++

Banana vanilla (not sure about the name) (a la carte) - This beverage taste like banana+vanilla. RM 6.95++


The food is subject to 10% service charge and 6% government tax.

HOHOHO! Here comes the kissing photos. These 2 photos are taken under our request. A sweet sweet couple that will never tear them apart. A couple that will argue but end up sticking together like "sticky". A couple that understands each other until they know the way to coax each other to put down the "flame". A couple that will have some distance for a period but their hearts are still bond together. Seriously, I'm looking forward their "red bomb" after few years as Aiden will be back to oversea for his studies. Bear that in mind, you will always want a close heart rather than a close body but a far heart. Love is what brings them together, is what last them forever. I sincerely wish this couple to have a blissful life forever. Deep inside their heart, they can see and feel each other.

Alright now! This is a cage-like accessories holder which you can put your accessories on the cage. This cage is very convenient for Kah Mun I guess since she has many accessories and this cage could get those accessories organized. Now, I guess maybe you will think, "wah, 21st birthday present this only ah? so cheap one" or maybe "wah, like this then you satisfied already ah?" If you guys think it's a very cheap present, think again. If you think this + celebration are not enough, think again. The price of this cage is not cheap I guess but put this aside since the price is not a matter at all. The value of this cage is not from the price but is priceless value. The brief story goes here. Few months ago, they both had their outing together and walk by a shop, then Kah Mun found this cage interesting and told Aiden that she likes the cage. The day on the birthday celebration, when Kah Mun took out the present, she gets surprised all of a sudden because the cage is the thing she mentioned few months ago, most importantly, Aiden still remember what she mentioned before. I guess all the girls like their bf to be attentive to their words. Nothing is better than a caring, loving and attentive bf. So, what do you think now? I heard one of my trainer told me, a couple's first stage is the stage when a couple will be very sweet and lovely to each other. After that stage, the sweet and lovely parts are still remain but now what additional feeling that a couple could give each other will be "security". So what is security here about? When a gf or a bf leave one another for a period of time (maybe outstation for working purposes or whatever), the partner started to feel something is missing in their daily life or feel uncomfortable, it's like something should be by your side all the time. When you feel like this, this is the security that your partner could give it to you and this is a very precious feeling that you could ever get. I actually agree with the trainer.

This is the gang! Unfortunately, 2 other members unable to join. It should be another 2 members. However, this will be the last gathering for Brian until the next time he back to Malaysia. Friends are meant to be sharing, caring, helping each other and supporting each other. Friends are needed at all time, not only when you feel sad or need someone to coax. Friends are always there for you whenever you need them and they can said to be the "healer". Whenever you feel sad or facing any problem, your friends can help you out. I have them. I have a bunch of good friends who supporting in my life. Brian, we will miss you! TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOURSELF!
